Plenty to do close by and in Savannah Beautiful lake swans are huge and breathtaking but gators present. Awesome trails surrounding location very clean facilities excellent campsite no matter where you park. Very clean restrooms and friendly staff. Great camp store! They have everything you need.
This was our first time staying at a KOA campsite. We had notified them that we would be coming in late as I was concerned that we didn?t have an assigned campsite. They called us and told us how to check in after hours and find our campsite. Extremely helpful. The swans were beautiful. I spent a couple of hours each morning just photographing them. I wasn?t there at sunset to catch the other wild life due to spending time in Savannah, which was not too far away at all, But I would definitely love to come back and catch the show of the wildlife.
