Great place to stay or visit

Stayed for a month, again!! Always enjoy friendly staff and campers! Always something to do for kids and lots of things to do for adults too. You will not be disappointed. Kids and adults love the outside pool. Inside pool is coming along and will be another great asset to the park. Playground, horseshoes, batting cage, fish pond, dog park, pool tables and games in club house. Karaoke night is fun too!

Family fun!

Nice pool and hot tub. Indoor pool currently being built. Clean bathhouses. Nice friendly staff. Pool tables and lots of planned activities for all age?s throughout the week. Nice catch and release fishing pond. Food trucks visit on weekends so you don?t even have to leave to eat!

A February Retreat

Clean, comfortable, friendly resort! Will be an even nicer resort once the additions are completed especially the indoor pool! Restrooms, pool are very nice and kept immaculate.

Great quiet winter spot!

We spent our first year snowbirding here! We arrived on January 24th and left February 24th. Alabama as well as the entire south had some really unusual winter weather but we really enjoyed our time at this park. The spots are all concrete and the roads are wide with sidewalks on both sides and it was very walkable with dogs or without. They had many activities that were going on; however due to COVID we chose not to participate. My only complaint would be that they allow political signs in the campground and I felt it would have been best to not have the politics of the day constantly on display. They are continuing to grow the park and we can't wait to go back again!

Awesome home away from home campground!

We took our camper to Pirates Cove Rrrrv Resort from June 12 - July 12th. Let me tell you, we now have an extended family! Everyone that works there and the campers that we got to meet are all wonderful! We loved that they had a spot for our 4-legged family member to get some of his energy out! I also loved the pool area where I stayed most of my time, the bathrooms/bathhouses were always clean, and loved the large laundry area! If you have children, they will not get bored there because Ms Abby keeps them busy! This is a must stay campground!

Best 4th of July Vacation

We stayed for the 4th weekend and to tell you this was the best weekend ever does not describe it enough. Abby the Activities director went above and beyond to have so much for everyone to be involved and have a great time. They have the largest pool on the coast. Site pads are level and wide enough to not worry about dirt when it rains. The bath house is outstanding. The owners are very approachable and down to earth people that have families and pets in mind. They are personally using their sweat equity to build this place. I cant wait to see phase 2 and whats in store. By the way we all ready booked our Labor day weekend to come back.

2nd Stay of many more to come

Once again hands down the best place to RV!! This is our spot every time we come to Gulf Shores. They have made my kids feel right at home. If you want an all around RV park to visit this is it!!

Wonderful!

Pirates Cove Rrrv Resort is awesome! Wonderful experience for our first trip with our new camper! The pool is really cool especially at night with all the colored lights. The washrooms are even beautiful! Our kids loved it! We will definitely be back!

Covid Getaway

What a fantastic getaway we had. Only traveled 13 miles from home and could not have found a better place if we had driven hundreds of miles. Pirates Cove RrrrV Resort is fantastic. The owners are so down to earth and friendly. They treat everyone like family. And they sure know how to throw a family friendly party. The campsites are level and spacious, the pool was amazing and the Saturday Night gathering for karaoke, dancing, swimming, corn hole, bad mitten, smores, etc was a perfect way to end the day. It was so wonderful to see all the families. We have told a number of our friends about this place and are already planning our next trip. See you guys soon!

Family Fun

Pirates Cove Rrrv Park in Foley was great! The owners are down to earth personable people who have their hearts and goals steered in the right direction. The pool was amazing, especially the view at night with the lights and the activities they have on hand is fun for all. We will be returning that's for sure!

Great Family Fun

Pirates Cove Rrrv was absolutely wonderful!! We have never been somewhere quite like this. The owners were so personable. They had activities for the kids and fun for the adults. It was a great family friendly atmosphere! Despite Tropical Storm Cristobal we had a blast!

Family Camping

Pirates Cove Rrrv Park in Foley is some of the most family friendly fun I have ever had! The entire family has put hard work and effort into this place, and their hearts are in all the right places. The kids had a blast! The events set for the weekend were a hit!! The sites are beautiful and we'll spaced for enjoying your trip! The pool, is Amazingly refreshing. Family memories of good times, late nights, incredible and unforgettable memories. Smores, campfires, rain storms that wake you up in the middle of the night!! Camping has brought us love, friends, and peace in times that don't seem that you can break free from. If you are looking for a local spot to break free from the chaos ???? you HAVE to make this your weekend spot!! This is where you will find us!! This family has built something spectacular and magical!! Watching them turn their dreams into a real life experience. We will be back!!
