Let the 2003 KOA Campground of the Year be your host as you learn about one of the nation's most important Civil War battlefields. Bus tours depart from this KOA daily (in season) for Gettysburg Battlefield or Washington, D.C. Explore on your own with a self-guided CD, visiting such hallowed sites as Little Round Top, Devil's Den and Pickett's Charge. After a busy day, relax at this quiet wooded campground. Enjoy the heated pool, nature trail, gem mine, fun-bike rentals, shuffleboard, horseshoes, life-size games and mini golf. Your pet will enjoy Kamp K9! Weekend entertainment includes live bands, Civil War songs/stories, Civil War hauntings, Living History campfire stories and pancake breakfasts.
